Repair service

Loake offers a full repair service at the factory in Kettering, Northamptonshire. All Loake shoes - made using Goodyear Welting (including those with leather soles) - are designed to be repaired by master craftsmen, who will reattach the sole to the original shoe.

Although there is normally no problem in repairing Loake shoes, the factory cannot guarantee that the repair can be done until the shoes have been examined, to see what condition they are in, if their structure has been damaged or if they have not. need to replace the sole, but only the fringes.

It is important to note that Loake cannot repair footwear that was not produced by Loake or footwear that was previously repaired by a third party.
