All returns must be organized by courier, to protect the client's interests and ensure the traceability of the package. In order to benefit from free return, the transport order must be organized by Sarto Distribution, based on the return form sent by email to In this sense, personal returns are not accepted at the headquarters or work points of Sarto Distribution.

To return several products of the same kind, you can fill in a single return form. To return several different products, it is necessary to fill in a return form for each product.


1.1.Sarto Distribution guarantees compliance with all the provisions of EU legislation and GO 34/2014 regarding the right of customers to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance and the return of products purchased online.

1.2.If the Customer / Buyer wishes to withdraw from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must express his intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, a term that runs from the day after the day on which he received the package. The products can be returned by courier to the address Str. Maior Gheorghe Sontu 10-12, 1st floor, apartment 6. 

1.3. If the Customer / Buyer requests the withdrawal from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, the goods are returned and it is found that they meet the return conditions, Sarto Distribution will return their value within a maximum of one week from return of goods, in the bank account indicated in the withdrawal form. For reasons of transparency, Sarto Distribution does not accept the return of cash, but only in a bank account.

1.4. In case the Client / Buyer requests the withdrawal from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, the Client must also return any complementary gifts, accessories or bonuses that accompanied the respective product. 1.5. The seller will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the amount until the receipt of all the Goods sold or of the complementary Gift Goods, which accompanied the ordered product.

1.6. The Client / Buyer requesting the withdrawal from the Contract will benefit from the same conditions as those in which he received the goods: free or for a fee.


2.1.The products you return must be in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, not worn, without stains, traces of use or any damage. We cannot accept products on which unauthorized interventions have been performed or which have been damaged by you or show: signs of wear or use, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.

2.2.The return is accompanied by the original warranty certificate and all documents with which the product was delivered. If the products to be returned have been accompanied by any gifts, they must also be returned. In order for the return to be processed faster, it is ideal for the product to be returned accompanied by the labels you received it with.

2.3.If you have bought several products of the same kind and you want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.

2.4. In the case of LOAKE products, the shoe box in which they are delivered is considered to be the accessory of the main product, and the return of the product is made with the product box. In the case of LOAKE products, the shoe box, the catalog in the box, the shoe storage bags and the spare laces are all shoe accessories, being intended for the shoe model with which they were delivered, which is why the return is not accepted without these products.

2.5.Since the evaluation of the products sold on the website in order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products can be done without damaging or diminishing their value, the diminishing value of the products resulting from their handling will be imputed to the consumer in order to return the product. in the previous state or in a state that would allow its resale, with a share between 0% and 50% of its acquisition value.

c. Supply of Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized, as bespoke, made-to-measure products or on which modifications have been made according to the clients' specifications;
d. The supply of Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e. Supply of sealed Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer;
f. Supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
g. Supply of consumables.
