THE ART OF CRAFTS

A standard pair of Loake Goodyear Welted shoes is crafted by approximately 130 talented craftsmen. Up to 75 components and 200 different operations are involved to achieve this, and the process takes an average of 8 weeks.

THE LOAKE BRAND

Loake Shoemakers has its origins in Kettering, Northamptonshire, a region known for a long tradition among English shoe manufacturers. The Loake Company was founded in 1880 by three brothers, Thomas, John and William, and five generations later, it is still owned and run as a family business. With a history of over 130 years of production of high quality men's shoes, executed through complex manufacturing processes, the Loake brand has become especially known through the "Goodyear Welted" shoes, exported worldwide.

When tradition and performance meet passion, higher standards are born, and Loake is no exception.

GIFT RECOGNITION

An authentic English brand, famous for the quality of its products, Loake Shoemakers received in 2007 the distinction of the Royal House of Great Britain.

SHOES WITH HISTORY

Loake Shoemakers still operates from the factory on Wood Street, Kettering, which opened in 1894.

Since production began, Loake has manufactured more than 50 million pairs of shoes.

LOAKE IN THE BALKAN AREA

The Loake Shoemakers brand officially becomes present on the market in the Balkans through the Loake Distribution team. Formed in Romania, it has exclusive distribution of Loake products in Romania and in 11 other countries in the territory. 

LOAKE ONLINE

The Balkan Division launches the loake.ro platform, through which online orders from several countries can be placed. In the online store are available products such as: shoes, bags, belts, wallets and care products.
